Cummins 12V and 24V aftermarket manifold blanket
Capable of 1800 degrees continuously and short excursions to 3000 degrees. It is a herringbone pattern silica cloth on top, 1/2 silica blanket in the middle, satin silica cloth on bottom, this is basically a top 3 layer blanket, a bottom 3 layer blanket, sewn together with high temp thread around the outside of the manifold. It's held on by stainless steel ties that go inside the blanket, you can not see how it is held on when looking at it installed on the manifold. You simply take off the 4 bolts holding the turbo on, possibly unbolt turbo from down pipe, move turbo out of the way enough to slide the blanket on the manifold, tighten the blanket ties, bolt the turbo back on and you're done, installed in under 15 minutes. THIS IS JUST FOR THE BLANKET, MANIFOLD NOT INCLUDED.
